Before I joined The Winters Group, I frequently visited The Inclusion Solution, reading through the many posts that presented rich perspectives and resources on diversity and inclusion topics. I found that the posts were helpful in challenging my own perspectives and also providing tangible tools applicable to the workplace and beyond. Now that I am on the internal side of The Inclusion Solution, I get the opportunity to read through feedback from our readers like you, and can see that it’s been a resource for many of you, as well.
