The Buzz: Grateful for 38 Years at the Helm of The Winters Group

On this, the dawn of The Winters Group 38th year in business, I sit back and reflect on the journey. It has been one of many personal and business turning points. I have learned, unlearned, and relearned so much, and I continue to do so. We will explore how organizations have had to shift their thinking about policies and practices. We will also look at VUCA from the perspective of societal shifts. The series is designed to provide inspiration to help us all stay whole and healthy in spite of it all.

Unemployment rates are low; people are quitting in record numbers. If you did not believe before that diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice is the answer, you should believe it now.
