In our fifth season of The Inclusion Solution LIVE podcast, The Winters Group has invited listeners to embrace self-care with our miniseries The Physiology of Inclusion™: Finding Ease. Featuring Vice President of Strategy and Assessments Kevin A. Carter and Instructional Designer Rochelle Younan-Montgomery, the biweekly episodes explored the idea of being well to do well as it relates to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) work.
Over this miniseries, we’ve used storytelling and guided exercises to improve resilience, foster healing and inner peace, and help you let go of stress so you can move with ease.
In the finale, Kevin and Rochelle shared the tools they turn to when they need to center themselves, raise awareness of their gifts, speak their truth, and be open to transformation. Here, they’ve gathered a roundup of the resources they use for you to dive deeper into. Comment below with other resources you’d add to this list to share with our community!
